My goal is to help you find tools to get through life's challenging moments feeling empowered. My therapy sessions are designed to help you interpret personal issues and provide you with effective skills for seeing the glass half full instead of half empty.

Individual Therapy for women
As women we are twice as likely as men to experience anxiety and also have significantly higher rates of depression. Mentioning the rates of trauma and abuse amongst us hardly even seems necessary. If you are struggling (with things like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, parenting issues, low self-esteem, guilt, shame) and doing it alone is not going well, I may be able to help.
I have worked with many people going through this same journey. As your therapist, I will help you learn about the relationship between your thoughts, mood, physical symptoms and behaviors. Along the way we will collaborate to develop skills to help you manage stress and difficult emotions rather than avoid them - which will foster healing and growth in you!
